Slater and Gordon has announced a number of senior legal promotions across the firm.

Slater and Gordon CEO John Somerville said 47 lawyers have been promoted across a number of practices and specialty areas of focus.

“Each of these promotions recognises the specialist skills and expertise of our people, as well as their dedication and commitment to our clients, their colleagues, and the firm.”

Two lawyers have been promoted to practice leaders - Nathan Rapoport has been promoted to Class Actions Practice Group Leader and Irena Krakic has been promoted to Work and Road Claims Practice Leader.

Claire Pirie, Victoria Sparks and Ben Zocco in the firm’s class actions practice have been promoted to Principal Lawyer.

Also, in the Work and Roads practice, Katrina Pedersen has been promoted to Senior Legal Counsel.
