We are proud to say that many of our staff actively participate in their local community and we support and encourage them by offering volunteering leave.
Our volunteering policy allows staff to take up to two days per year volunteer leave. We also recognise that some staff choose to volunteer outside their normal hours of work and we allow staff to access time in lieu entitlements.
