Our Paralegal and Graduate Program
At Slater and Gordon, paralegals and graduates are given the opportunity to contribute to a variety of exciting and challenging cases. In these roles, they are able to work alongside preeminent lawyers to stand up for the rights of their clients.
The main pathway to becoming a graduate at Slater and Gordon is via one of our many paralegal positions. If you are currently studying and are interested in gaining experience working across various areas of practice, we encourage expressions of interest to be forwarded to Careers@slatergordon.com.au
Our graduate program is an 18 month contract working in a specific practice area with the possibility of being offered a permanent position. Although Slater and Gordon are not signatories to the Law Institute Graduate Recruitment Guidelines we will be using the same timetable in 2017.
To provide a better understating of the type of work paralegals and graduates undertake at Slater and Gordon we asked 5 employees to share their experiences and provide a glimpse of what it’s like to work at one of Australia’s leading plaintiff law firms.
