Two Slater and Gordon lawyers have been recognised for their ability to resolve complex legal claims, by being named in Doyles Guide’s Rising Stars category.

Melbourne Public Liability Lawyer Tahnee Woods made the Personal Injury & Compensation Law Rising Stars ranking, announced today, for her achievements in public liability law.

Slater and Gordon General Manager Civil Liability Nunzio Tartaglia said Ms Woods brought a breadth of experience to her work as a public liability lawyer, after working in the firm’s Class Actions, Commercial Litigation and New Client Services teams.

“Ms Woods has really made her mark working in the public liability space these past three years.

“Some of her impressive accomplishments include achieving positive outcomes for clients who have been injured in public and private places, including sexual and physical assaults and school bullying, coronial investigations, recreation and sporting accidents and product liability claims.”

Perth Workers’ Compensation Associate Ruzica Condelli has been recognised in the same category.

Mr Tartaglia said Ms Condelli had been bringing successful claims on behalf of employees injured at work for the past seven years at Slater and Gordon, allowing them to access compensation including medical treatment and loss of wages.

“Many of the cases have involved her clients recovering and returning to the workforce, and securing compensation for them after taking on negligent employers for unsafe work practices,” Mr Tartaglia said.

“I’d like to congratulate these two rising stars on their dedication to achieving the best outcomes for Slater and Gordon clients.”
