Your first appointment is dedicated to understanding your situation. We’ll give you the advice you need so you know where you stand.
During the appointment, we’ll clearly explain the legal process and how we can assist you. We’ll also answer any questions you have and explain the next steps relevant to your case.
Do I need any documents?
You don’t need to have anything with you for your first appointment. Documents such as medical or insurance records aren’t necessary at this stage.
What happens after my appointment?
If we think you have a valid claim for compensation, we'll set out the conditions of our No Win - No Fee* arrangement in a written Legal Cost Agreement, which you can read in your own time. You haven’t committed to anything until this document is signed and returned to us. Once it is, we get to work on your case.
What is No Win – No Fee*?
Under the No Win - No Fee* arrangement, if your claim is unsuccessful you may not need to pay any legal fees. This can help to reduce the financial stress you may be experiencing through this time.
Your lawyer will take you through this arrangement in more detail during your appointment, so you have all of the information you need.
