Stella was appointed as a non-executive director of the Board of Slater and Gordon in February 2025. Stella is the Chair of the People and Culture Committee.
Before broadening her focus as a non-executive Director, Stella was a highly experienced and credentialed financial services ASX100 C-Suite Executive with national responsibilities specialising in the banking, superannuation and finance industry.
Her career included the role of CEO of Lutheran Super and had a 10-year career as a Group Executive at Bendigo Bank and Adelaide Bank.
Stella’s experience is in leading organisations through change with experience in delivering complex transformations relating to strategy, people and organisational culture, technology, digital, risk and corporate governance.
Stella has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), is a qualified CPA Accountant and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
She is also a non-executive Director on the Board of Discovery Parks and a member of the Board of HomeStart Finance.
Stella is the Chair of the People and Culture Committee.
