Sam joined Slater and Gordon as an Associate in the Land Rights, Disputes and Advisory team in 2025.
Sam has worked as a lawyer and policy advisor since 2017, specialising in representing First Peoples in matters relating to land rights, including but not limited to native title and Treaty. Prior to commencing at Slater and Gordon, Sam was employed at the First Peoples' Assembly of Victoria as a Senior Policy Officer, providing advice on Treaty and related matters.
Sam is a passionate advocate, fighting for the recognition, preservation and enhancement of Traditional Owners and First Peoples inherent rights and responsibilities, including the right to self-determination and land.
