I previously worked in Slater and Gordon's Asbestos and Dust Disease team where I gained vast experience working closely with vulnerable clients who suffered from incurable lung diseases.

I've worked in Slater and Gordon's Medical Law team since 2022, and I'm passionate about helping people and their family members get the support, compensation and justice they deserve.

When a medical professional fails to take reasonable care to avoid harm to a patient, this is known as medical negligence. A medical professional can negligently cause a patient physical and/or psychological harm, ranging from a diminished capacity to return to work to permanent pain or even death.

Medical negligence claims are often complex and confusing, but I'm experienced in analysing medical information and interpreting detailed clinical and hospital files for my clients. I help clients understand and navigate the claims process, providing them with straightforward advice to ensure they are informed of their legal rights throughout the process.

I've led cases involving many different types of medical negligence - from preventable in-patient hospital falls, chiropractic malpractice, missed diagnoses by a GP, to spinal and orthopaedic injuries, and cases involving delayed diagnosis of cancer. I've reached successful settlements for a number of difficult cases, including a million-dollar plus settlement on behalf of a client who suffered a brain injury.

I look forward to assisting you and your family with your medical negligence claim.
