I’ve worked in Slater and Gordon’s Asbestos team since 2011, and I’m passionate about helping workers who have contracted asbestos-related diseases and their family members get the support, compensation and justice they need.
My clients and their families are coming to see me at a very difficult time in their lives. They are facing serious health issues due to asbestos exposure, including mesothelioma, silicosis, lung cancer, progressive massive fibrosis, asbestosis and asbestos-related pleural disease.
While I’m here to help you to get the best results for your case, I make sure I never lose sight of the bigger picture, which is putting your health and care front and centre. Ensuring you receive honest, compassionate support is my priority.
I have successfully run claims of all types and sizes, including claims in the Dust Diseases Tribunal of New South Wales (NSW), the District Court of NSW, and appeals in the NSW Supreme Court and the NSW Court of Appeal.
One of my proudest moments was helping to win a landmark case for a client who was diagnosed with malignant pleural mesothelioma as a result of his asbestos exposure at work. His case was the highest judgment in the Tribunal’s history with the highest ever amount of damages for pain and suffering awarded in NSW.
I aim for my clients to be quickly, fairly, and justly compensated with a minimum level of stress or interference on their lives. A good result is obviously critical, but how you get there can be just as important.
