I commenced working at Slater and Gordon in 2009. During this time, I worked in the Workers Compensation practice for a short period prior to joining the Public Liability practice in 2012, where I have remained since. I have always enjoyed working in personal injury law and have extensive knowledge as a result of my many years of experience within this field. I thoroughly enjoy the challenges but most importantly, I enjoy the good rapport I build with all of my clients. As my client, you can expect that I will always put you first and ensure that you receive the best possible outcome and will continue being your advocate until your matter is finalised.
I am compassionate and caring and endeavour to provide the right support and guidance through every step of your legal case. It is my job to take the stress out of the situation, to empower you as my client and give you the right advice which will assist you in making lifechanging decisions which can impact the rest of your life. I pride myself on being a good communicator and tenacious when necessary.
I have worked on a range of cases including; slips and trips, defective products, Coroners Court inquests, physical and sexual assaults, Council cases, bullying, dog bites and animal attacks, cruise ship injuries, aviation accidents and cases involving recreational or sporting activities. I have experience in working on cases in the County and Supreme Court of Victoria.
You can expect that I will put your needs first and I believe to do that requires an ability to listen to you intently and to thoroughly understand what is most important to you when reaching any settlement. From the beginning of the legal process, I am dedicated to making sure you understand what your entitlements are and to ensure that you are satisfied with my service and the achieved outcome. I am empathetic in nature and will translate that when dealing with you and your specific circumstances. As your lawyer, I will always be available to you because I understand the need for transparency throughout your claim.
I’m proud to be a part of an organisation and team that stands for social justice and is a true leader in personal injury work.
