I hold initial meetings with clients, where I explain the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) system and how Slater and Gordon operates to protect their interests. I’ve conducted dispute resolutions with the TAC that have seen my clients continue to receive medical and like benefits under the scheme.
I chose to practise law so I could help people who are in need and deserve compensation. I enjoy being challenged by the complexity of legal problems and understanding how they apply to my clients.
When you’re injured, recovery is your top priority. I’ll work hard to make your claim process smooth and timely, and I’ll keep you informed throughout your legal journey. I will always make myself available to discuss any concerns you may have. I’m committed to achieving an outcome that will have a meaningful impact on your life.

Feedback from our clients
Micaela and her assistant Mitchell were so helpful, understanding and kind through out the whole process. Couldn’t have asked for better lawyers, they have always kept me up to date with my case and they have always been honest with me. I cannot thank you enough for what you guys did for me. I am glad that I had Micaela representing me, it was very stressful to be doing something like I did as I had never had done something like this before. Thank you so much again Micaela you are absolutely brilliant.
