Julijana commenced her career at Slater and Gordon in 2019 as a paralegal working on commercial class actions against Murray Goulburn and NAB CCI. As a lawyer in the Class Actions team, Julijana predominately works on large-scale common-law and consumer protection claims including the Mount Isa Mines Litigation and Essure Class Action.
Julijana is a passionate advocate, fighting for ordinary and disadvantaged people’s rights against major mining companies, pharmaceutical companies and big business. Julijana is proud to work for a firm that puts vulnerable people at the heart of its work.
Before coming to the law, Julijana worked as a political staffer in both state and federal politics, and brings knowledge of government and stakeholder engagement to her work at Slater and Gordon.
Outside the law, Julijana is a passionate gender equity, social justice and healthcare advocate.
