Jordan Bradfield

I am a Senior Associate here at Slater and Gordon. I have spent almost my entire career in medical negligence and relish the opportunity to assist clients who have been let down by the medical system. Unfortunately, despite Australia's advanced medical services, people are often permanently and significantly injured as a result of substandard care. I have obtained multi-million dollar settlements for clients suffering catastrophic circumstances including paraplegia, birth injuries, brain injuries and gastric injuries.

I am passionate about helping my clients navigate some of the most challenging times in their lives. With years of experience with complex cases and litigation, I understand the emotional and legal issues that come with pursuing justice in healthcare-related matters. I believe in making the law accessible and using my expertise to guide clients toward the resolution they deserve, with honesty, transparency, and care at every step. I have worked with clients to achieve high-range settlements to give them a chance to move forward with their lives.

I have previously worked at a defendant firm on behalf of hospitals and at other national plaintiff law firms. I have also previously worked at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal assisting Senior Members in the running of hearings. This has given me a range of valuable experience across various medical negligence matters and legal systems.

When I am not reviewing huge amounts of medical records or running litigation, I am a tragic sports fan and continue to have my heart-broken by the Essendon Bombers. I play local soccer and can also be found at a range of Melbourne's amazing eateries.
