I have worked exclusively in personal injury litigation since 2015. I know first hand that the legal system can be intimidating and appear very complex. For most people, the prospect of bringing a claim and going to trial is daunting - particularly to people who have been injured and have no other means of paying for medical treatment and recovering lost wages and other out of pocket expenses, or seeking compensation for the pain and suffering the are experiencing.
