Dina was appointed as a director in 2023 and as Chief Executive Officer in 2024.

Dina joined Slater and Gordon in 2001 as a paralegal. Following her articled clerkship and admission she spent over a decade practising in different areas of law and representing thousands of clients. She managed several complex landmark group litigation actions and successfully ran varied and complex litigation on novel points of law with broad impact for Victorian motorists.

Dina has led strong client and business outcomes in a variety of roles including as the Head of Personal Injury Law, Victoria. Her depth and breadth of experience at Slater & Gordon means she has built a deep understanding of our people, our clients and the law.

A client-focused and human-centred leader, Dina believes that organisations thrive when client satisfaction and experience is deeply woven into its culture and fabric.

As Chief Client Officer between 2008 and 2023, client satisfaction ratings improved year on year with more clients choosing Slater and Gordon to represent them. Slater and Gordon also remained the strongest and most trusted social justice brand in market.

Dina is passionate about embracing technology to improve access to legal services and justice and has led several innovative transformation initiatives that have significantly improved client experience, including the launch of an online triage and booking tool in 2018 – the first of its kind in the industry at the time.

Dina is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law and holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics.
