My name is Damien, I commenced working for Slater and Gordon in 2017 as a law clerk and quickly became engaged by the work and outcomes achieved in personal injury. After obtaining a Juris Doctor at both Monash University and the American University Washington College of Law, I began specialising in motor vehicle accident claims as a lawyer in the Melbourne office.
My passion for helping people comes from seeing the difference small positive changes can make to a client’s life. I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to make a difference to people’s lives and I fight every day to continue to achieve that.
I have developed a deep passion for my clients’ wellbeing following the traumatic events of a motor vehicle accident. The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) is a complex system and can be difficult to understand when it comes to a person’s rights. My role is to step in for my clients to fight and overcome the challenges they are faced with.
I have witnessed the vulnerability that comes in this stage of the journey to recovery. I understand that every person’s experience is unique and I endeavour to provide a comprehensive support system to assist in their claim. I am an easily approachable person and I strive to achieve the best possible outcome for them to help bring some closure in their lives. I’m here to make sure my clients are not alone during this challenging time in their lives.
