I am a Lawyer at Slater and Gordon practising in Medical Law.

I started my career at Slater and Gordon as a Law Clerk in our Abuse Law team working to obtain compensation for victims of historical physical and sexual abuse. I then rotated through several of our personal injury areas as part of our Graduate Program, including Medical Law, WorkCover, Transport Accidents and Public Liability.

I was particularly drawn to the work in Medical Law. I saw first-hand the profound physical and psychological impact that negligent medical treatment can have. This experience impassions my work in this area and guides my approach to my clients.

Medical Law is a particularly complex area, requiring an understanding of medicine as well as the law. I believe those who have experienced medical negligence should have a specialised advocate who can ensure fair compensation is obtained despite these complexities. I am passionate about guiding clients through these claims and will provide clear advice about this area of law, as well as the medical evidence present.

In my time in the Medical Law team, I have worked alongside some of the most experienced lawyers in the industry on various complex and catastrophic claims. I have now adopted these learnings into my own practise, striving to represent my clients with care, experience and fierce advocacy. This has also provided me with the experience to take on even the most significant and complex claims.

My areas of particular interest and expertise include male reproductive injuries, birth injuries, nerve injuries, and cases involving negligent psychiatric care or the death of loved ones.
