Cindy is a Practice Group Leader at Slater and Gordon, one of Australia’s largest and most experienced class action firms. Cindy has broad class action and multi-party litigation experience which includes consumer claims, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, personal injury and mass tort, property damage and financial services litigation.
Before joining Slater and Gordon, Cindy defended multi-national corporations, ASX listed companies, insurance companies and government entities in high value litigation which frequently crossed state and international borders. Cindy uses this experience to deliver strategic advice and enhanced outcomes for class members.
Cindy is part of Slater and Gordon's leadership team and plays an active role in the professional development of junior lawyers, promoting a dynamic, collaborative and supportive workplace culture.
Cindy was born and raised in New York. Cindy obtained her JD from the University of Melbourne, served as an editor of the Melbourne University Law Review and is a founding director of the North American Australian Lawyers Alliance.
