Amanda van Geet

I started my career acting on behalf of the Victorian Workcover Authority in section 369 recovery actions. This has given me experience litigating in the County Court and Supreme Court of Victoria. Through my experience, I have gained extensive knowledge of the Worker’s Compensation scheme and how to best assist those who have been injured at work.

Since starting at Slater and Gordon, I have also developed an interest in assisting people who have been injured as a result of a motor vehicle accident and medical negligence.

I understand that the legal process can be stressful, particularly during times of trauma. My role is to assist you in navigating the claims process and to provide clear and straightforward advice regarding the next steps.
