Shauna Ellul

I have over 10 years experience in the legal industry, commencing my career in law in 2013. I was initially employed as a legal assistant/paralegal working fulltime whilst completing my Bachelor of Laws at Western Sydney University. During this time, I gained extensive experience whilst assisting an Associate in a wide range Personal Injury matters such as Motor Vehicle Accident, Public Liability and Work Injury Damages claims, prosecuted in the District Court of New South Wales, Supreme Court of New South Wales, as well as the New South Wales Court of Appeal.

I was Admitted as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2021 and have practiced various areas of Personal Injury such as Public Liability, Product Liability, Work Injury Damages, Medical Negligence and Workers Compensation.

I have great drive and passion for representing injured workers who are fighting for their rights and entitlements against large corporations, achieving great outcomes.

In my experience, I have seen just how devastating and life changing work injuries can be, not just physically, but also psychologically. Therefore, I pride myself on building strong relationships with my clients and ensure that they are provided with empathy and compassion whilst I advocate for them in the legal realm.
