Seraka Ratnayake

I am a passionate and client-focused lawyer working in Slater and Gordon's Worker's Compensation team. I am committed to helping injured workers understand their rights and access the support they need to recover and move forward with dignity.

Prior to joining Slater and Gordon, I served as a Judge's Associate to Her Honour Judge Tsikaris in the County Court of Victoria. This experience gave me my foundation in personal injury law as well as a practical understanding of the legal challenges injuries workers face.

I am particularly passionate about supporting workers from diverse cultural and social backgrounds who may encounter additional barriers to accessing justice. I strive to provide clear, honest advice and to advocate fiercely on behalf of my clients.
