  • 2017-2025, Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation – NSW Branch
    • Led a team of lawyers and industrial officers in the union’s historic public sector wages claim in the NSW Industrial Relations Commission, including on grounds of gender-based undervaluation (decision pending).
    • Responsible for advising and implementing amendments to the union’s organisational rules.
    • Carried the union’s legislative gender equity reform, including presenting to the United Nations Working Group: Discrimination Against Women and Girls (February 2025).
    • Represented the union and its members across the Federal Court of Australia, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Fair Work Commission, NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Australian Human Rights Commission and Anti-Discrimination Board of NSW.
    • Individual and collective matters involving industrial action, Award/Enterprise Agreement interpretation, unfair dismissal, underpayments, redundancy, misconduct, sexual harassment, general protections, injured workers, disputes, contract review, rights of pregnant employees, parental leave and discrimination due to disability, age, carer’s responsibilities, race and sexual orientation.
