Nada Najjar

I am a senior lawyer with 25 years of experience in personal injury law and litigation. I am passionate about helping people through difficult times and assisting my clients to obtain the compensation they need to help them get back on their feet. I have been involved in many complex cases and have won cases for clients ranging up to $10Million. It's not just the big cases however, and often people with smaller cases are impacted just as much, and I believe in working equally hard for all of my clients.

I have appeared in various courts and tribunals throughout my career. I am a skilled negotiator, and I strive to get the best results for my clients. My area of specialty at Slater & Gordon is in work injury damages.

The biggest case I have had resulted in a $10 Million pay-out for a brain injured client. I have also achieved many other successful outcomes including judgments and settlements in the millions.

I am passionate about assisting the underprivileged in our society. I have volunteered at various organisations including at an Aboriginal Legal Services Outreach clinic, the Welfare Rights Centre, and charity organisations.
