Navigating the complicated WorkCover scheme can be an exhausting process for both an injured worker and for their families. It is this reason that I have devoted my legal career to passionately advancing and pursuing the rights of injured workers in Victoria.

I am a motivated individual that continually strives to achieve the best possible result for my clients. This may be obtaining lump sum damages, or successfully pursuing my clients' right to access reasonable medical and like expenses. It is not ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to claims, and that is the approach that I take with all of my clients matters. I also have a strong passion for advocating for the rights and obtaining compensation for stonemasons' who have sustained injury as a result of their exposure to reconstituted stone during the course of their employment.

Coming from a working-class background, I have extensive knowledge and skills surrounding the construction industry. With this, I am able to easily understand my client’s complex workplace accidents. In particular those that involve construction, machinery, and process-working. It is this background that allows me to understand the varying details of each claim, and to partner with my clients to achieve the best possible outcome in their matter.
