Johan is a non-executive director, having been appointed to the Board on 4 April 2023.
Johan is a Managing Director of Allegro Funds and has over 17 years’ investment experience with a background in private equity, corporate finance and turnaround investing. Johan led the Slater & Gordon take private transaction in 2023 and brings a strong understanding of our business and relevant experience in successfully implementing “Attract, Retain and Retire” models in other professional services firms such as Perth Radiological Clinic where he has been a director since 2019. Johan is a current director of Camp Australia, Australia’s largest Out of School Hours business.
Johan has a Bachelor of Applied Finance and Economics from Macquarie University and a Master of Business Administration from University of Oxford.
Johan is also a member of the Audit and Risk Committee.
