I'm a Senior Associate in the Motor Vehicle Accident team. I have expertise in personal injury law and have worked on cases in the areas of WorkCover, public liability and, for the past four years, solely on motor vehicle accident cases.
My motivation is to give a voice to those injured in motor vehicle accidents-to help them get justice and their full entitlements. These people seek legal advice when they are at one of the lowest points of their life. It's a privilege to fight for them, whether it be for funded home assistance or a large compensation settlement.
I always wanted to be a lawyer. When I was six years old, I'd watch L.A. Law with my family and think how incredible it was to help people in need. Nothing ever changed for me-I've now been a practising lawyer for 14 years.
I've won compensation for clients in excess of $1 million, and the amount of hard work we put in is the same if we are simply trying to overturn a Transport Accident Commission decision to deny treatment, medication or home assistance. The end goal is always to make the client's life easier.
