I have over 18 years experience in assisting veterans access their benefits under the no-fault compensation scheme. Despite numerous attempts by the Government to try and make the military compensation scheme easier for veterans to navigate, the legislation and policies remain complex and confusing. Many veterans are dealing with significant injuries and can find it difficult to manage a compensation claim.
The nature of the work undertaken by our veterans is unique, requiring special care to ensure they are accessing the benefits they are entitled to when injured in the line of duty.
My goal is to ease the stress associated with the claims process and provide clear and transparent legal advice with a focus on maximising the benefits available to them under the scheme.
