I have worked in the Slater and Gordon Medical Law team since 2018.
During that time, I have learnt that most people who have been injured as the result of medical negligence want two things; some recognition of the pain and suffering they have endured and to get back to how they were before the injury.
Unfortunately, the goal of ‘getting back to normal’ can be a difficult one to tackle alone. Due to the severity of the injuries that arise from medical negligence, treatment is usually expensive and the rehabilitation process is often quite long. Some people also have the added stress of losing their source of income, as they are no longer able to work due to their injuries.
My aim is to assist you on your road ‘back to normal’. Medical negligence cases are complex, however I set out to progress my legal claims as smoothly and efficiently as possible, to take away as much stress as possible, so you can focus on your recovery.
Often the hardest part of the claims process for many clients is reliving such a traumatic experience in their lives. I understand this and make it a priority that my clients not only understand the legal process, but also feel supported at every step along the way.
I work hard to achieve favourable outcomes for my clients that allow them to move on with their lives.
