I am a Law Clerk based in the Slater and Gordon Brisbane office. I joined Slater and Gordon in March 2023. I am honoured to play a role in assisting clients and their families who are suffering from dust and occupational diseases.
I am dedicated to achieving positive results and simplifying the process for our clients. I have experience helping individuals across Queensland, Northern Territory, South Australia and New Zealand.
One of my proudest moments at Slater and Gordon is working on a case achieving a $1.21 million dollar payout for a brave 77-year-old suffering from mesothelioma, the asbestos caused cancer - Our team not only achieved justice for a terminally ill client who's golden years have been cut all too short but we also made history with the jury handing down the highest award for pain and suffering damages for a mesothelioma victim in the country and it was the first time that a Queensland Court has assessed damages for a dust-related disease.
I am privileged to be able to advocate for justice for those suffering from dust and occupational diseases endured as a result of the negligence of others.
If you or a loved one has been diagnosed with a dust related disease, please do not delay in seeking legal advice.
