I am an experienced workers compensation lawyer, having acted for injured workers almost exclusively since my admission to practice in 2012. I have assisted countless workers with weekly payments disputes, medical expenses disputes, impairment benefit lump sum claims, and common law damages claims.
In my practice, I take the time to explain the WorkCover process to my clients in plain English. I am responsive to any questions and try to make sure my clients understand where their claim is at, what will happen next, and when they should expect the next step to be completed by. Clear and consistent communication is key.
I am a proud 'Westie'. I grew up in Werribee and continue to live in the Western suburbs. I consider it a privilege to represent injured workers in the West of Melbourne.
Outside of work I am a dad to two humans, a dog and a cat, and a long suffering Essendon supporter.
