I joined the Medical Law team at Slater and Gordon in 2022. I began with a background in healthcare before changing to law. Originally from South Africa, I moved to Australia to study Biomedical Science, and my career began in pathology at Dorevitch before transitioning into nursing. As a nurse, I worked on a general medical ward at Footscray Hospital, where I gained firsthand experience of the challenges and complexities of the healthcare system. This unique blend of clinical and legal expertise allows me to deeply understand the impact that medical negligence can have on individuals and their families.
My passion for healthcare and the law, fuels my commitment to advocating for my clients. I approach each case with empathy, ensuring I always work towards the best possible outcome. I truly care about helping my clients navigate the complexities of the legal system and fight for their rights.
With a foundation in Biomedical Science, Nursing, and Medical Law, I am driven by the desire to make a difference in the lives of those affected by medical errors. My diverse background enables me to provide a compassionate yet determined approach to every case, ensuring that my clients receive the representation they deserve.
