Adrian Whiting is a non-executive director of Slater and Gordon, having been appointed to the Board in February 2026. He is the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
Adrian is an experienced finance and governance leader with deep expertise across audit, risk, financial stewardship and oversight in complex operating environments, including transformation and value-creation initiatives.
He is an Operating Partner at Allegro Funds Management, specialising in risk and governance. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director and Audit & Risk Committee Chair of G’day Group, and holds non-executive and advisory roles with TOGA Group and TFE Hotels. He previously held senior financial leadership roles including a long tenure as Chief Financial Officer of TOGA Group. Earlier in his career, he was a partner at PKF Chartered Accountants & Business Advisors and held management roles at Ernst & Young.
Adrian is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University.
