One of the south coast’s leading lawyers, David Nagle, has joined the Slater and Gordon Nowra office bringing with him more than 30-years experience practicing law in the local region.
David Nagle commenced practice in Nowra in 1980. He has specialist accreditation and brings a wealth of experience and skill to the firm across all facets of insurance, litigation and compensation claims.
Stephen Legzdin, head of Slater and Gordon’s Nowra office, said David’s arrival at the firm would be a major boost.
“David has an enormous amount of experience and is highly regarded across the region for his expertise and integrity,” Mr Legzdin said.
“He is an important addition to our Nowra office as we continue to grow locally.
“David will appreciate the benefits of working in a firm that operates at a local level but can bring to bear all the resources of a major national firm so we can get the best results for our clients.”
Mr Nagle said he is looking forward to working with the Slater and Gordon Nowra team.
“Slater and Gordon is unique among major Australian law firms in that it has more regional offices than anyone else across Australia.
“And in towns like Nowra it’s clear that because of its size and resources, we are able to provide locals with legal services and advice second to none.”
David Nagle started with a local firm Johnston Boylson and Dalley, which later became Johnston Partners and was an equity partner from 1983.
In 1991 he became a sole practitioner until forming Nagle and McGuire in 1998. In 2002 he moved to Sydney to join a major personal injury firm as special counsel majoring in catastrophic claims.
Mr Nagle returned to Nowra in 2009 to work as a sole practitioner and commenced with Slater and Gordon on 12 December 2011.
