Our professional fees are the cost of all the work we do on your claim, calculated on time spent. The amount of time we work on your claim will depend on the complexity of your claim and the hourly rate will depend on the experience of the person doing the work.

Our hourly rates (GST inclusive) are:

  • Accredited Specialist / Special Counsel - $913
  • Lawyer with 10+ years’ experience - $913
  • Lawyer with 5 – 9 years’ experience - $715
  • Lawyer with < 5 years’ experience - $495
  • Law Clerk, Paralegal and Law Graduate - $429
  • Legal Assistant - $319

Our time based charging is calculated in 6 minute units. For example, talking to you on the phone for up to 6 minutes will be charged as 6 minutes. Talking to you on the phone for between 6 minutes and 12 minutes will be charged at 12 minutes. Our hourly rates are reviewed annually. If we change our hourly rates we’ll let you know.
