Having commenced his career with Slater and Gordon in 2011 and developing experience in running personal injury and medical negligence claims, William is currently a lawyer in Slater and Gordon’s Class Actions team.

William is proud to have had the opportunity to be a key part of the team working on the Manus Island class action, as this type of case reflects his passion for working on behalf of large groups of vulnerable people in complex, large-scale cases, to pursue their rights. Since the case settled for $70 million in mid-2017, William has worked on the complex settlement distribution scheme, helping to pay over $70 million to group members around the world

During his time with Slater and Gordon, William has also worked on cases relating to institutional child abuse, including the Fairbridge Farm School class action, and a class action on behalf of women who contracted hepatitis C at the Croydon Day Surgery.
