Having commenced my career with Slater and Gordon in 2011, I initially spent time developing experience in running personal injury and medical negligence claims, and am now currently a lawyer in Slater and Gordon’s Class Actions team.
I am proud to have had the opportunity to be a key part of the team working on the Manus Island class action, as this type of case reflects my passion for working on behalf of large groups of vulnerable people in complex, large-scale cases, to pursue their rights. Since the case settled for $70 million in mid-2017, I have worked on the complex settlement distribution exercise in this proceeding, helping to pay over $70 million to group members around the world
During my time with Slater and Gordon, I have also worked on cases in relation to institutional child abuse, including the Fairbridge Farm School class action, and a class action on behalf of women who contracted hepatitis C at the Croydon Day Surgery.
