As a Lawyer at Slater and Gordon, I have the privilege of helping everyday Australians through their WorkCover questions and concerns so they can get on with life and focus on what is really important. I assist in providing advice on injured worker's rights and the compensation available to my clients based on their situation.
I can provide you with legal advice based on your injury if you have been subject to a workplace accident, or if you have any issues or queries regarding your WorkCover Claim. I work hard to inform my clients of the compensation available to them and to assist they utilise what is available to them, particularly when many may not know where they stand.
I chose a career in law so I could help solve problems for people in need. Being able to help someone in a situation they may not be familiar with is what drives me. I always strive to achieve compensation for injured workers and those who have had their lives affected by an injury.
I pride myself on being open and honest with you through all stages of your case, making sure you know what is required to reach a positive outcome. Being upfront about potential obstacles and outcomes makes for a smoother journey when we hopefully overcome them.
Having worked previously in Employment Law, Commercial Law and as well as Public Liability and Motor Vehicle Accident compensation, I am passionate and driven to assist injured Victorians to optimise their entitlements to ensure they can rehabilitate and get on with life.
One of my greatest achievements was assisting an injured worker in 2020 with his worker claim when he was unable to return to work. One of my greatest joys was ensuring his future was clearer by assisting him with my team by ensuring he was compensated for his injury and his future incapacity was taken into consideration.
