As a Lawyer at Slater and Gordon, I have the privilege of helping everyday Australians through their WorkCover and TAC queries, questions and concerns so they can get on with life. I assist in providing advice on their rights and the compensation available to them based on their situation.
I have worked previously in Employment and Commercial Law, I am passionate about trying to assist injured Victorians to optimise their entitlements to ensure they can rehabilitate and get on with life.
I can provide you with legal advice based on your injury you may have because of a workplace accident, an injury in a public place, or a motor vehicle accident. Having worked as a volunteer paralegal for two years assisting people with workplace injuries, I believe strongly in advocating for the rights of injured Victorians.
I chose a career in law so I could help solve problems for people in need. Being able to bring someone to a better place than where I found them is what drives me.
I pride myself on being open and honest with you through all stages of your case, making sure you know what is required to reach a positive outcome. Being upfront about potential obstacles and outcomes makes for a smoother journey.
Assisting a worker in 2017 throughout their disciplinary matter with their Employer in the midst of an injury and negotiating a successful settlement for his claim was an extremely rewarding moment for me in my time practicing law.
