As a Melbourne-based lawyer working within Slater and Gordon’s Class Actions team, Rohan predominantly practices in the area of commercial class actions.
Having commenced with Slater and Gordon in 2013, Rohan has extensive experience investigating and working on high-profile securities class actions, and has represented thousands of shareholders in such claims.
During his time at Slater and Gordon, Rohan has been involved in the successful litigation of the case against Newcrest (settled in 2016) and is currently involved in a number of matters, including class actions issued against AMP Limited, Spotless Group Holdings Ltd, and Bellamy’s Australia Ltd.
In addition to securities class actions, Rohan has also worked on the class action against Australian Executor Trustees Ltd on behalf of debenture holders in Provident Capital Limited.
