In my role as Slater and Gordon’s State Practice Group Leader for the workers compensation team in Victoria, I’m proud to draw on more than 20 years experience helping injured workers and their families. I’m passionate about ensuring injured workers know their entitlements and get the benefits they need and deserve.
Personal injury involves not only physical pain, but emotional distress and financial hardship—that’s why I make sure I provide the best advice and care to help you navigate these challenging situations. I work closely with you, communicating clearly and ensuring you feel supported throughout every stage of your case.
I’ve won cases for countless injured workers and their families at all levels of the Victorian Courts, from the Magistrates Court to the Court of Appeal. I represent workers young and old in a range of industries such as hospitality, health and disability, aged care, manufacturing and construction. It has also been my privilege to act for widows and families following workplace deaths of their loved ones from accidents and diseases.
As your lawyer, I bring skill, care and commitment to ensure you receive the best outcome. Justice for you and your family is what matters to me.
