As part of Slater and Gordon’s Commercial Litigation team, Lois is committed to helping people in difficult legal situations get the best possible result.
Lois was admitted as a Lawyer in June 2018, having first worked in a law firm in 2008 in secretary and law clerk roles. She has previous experience in property, commercial and estate matters which she now draws on to give tailored, practical advice on a range of commercial dispute cases.
Lois has been interested in and passionate about the law since she was in high school. Lois believes there is always something new to learn. She also understands that the legal system can be intimidating and difficult to understand, so she enjoys helping people learn about their rights and options.
Lois finds it very rewarding helping people in need and she believes it is important everyone has access to legal advice, no matter their circumstances. Working with her clients, Lois always takes the time to listen carefully, to hear their stories and give an honest response to their questions.
Outside of work, Lois enjoys helping at local community legal centres and providing free legal advice to those who cannot afford a lawyer.
