Kylie has a background in personal injury and credit and consumer law. She began her career at the Transport Accident Commission, obtaining valuable insight into how defendants and insurers operate, before moving to the Consumer Action Law Centre to provide advice and advocacy to vulnerable and disadvantaged clients with fair trading and consumer finance problems. Kylie has worked with Slater and Gordon since 2010, specialising in Workers Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accident law, as well as acting for clients in the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal.
Kylie is currently an Associate in the Common Law Class Actions team. She is proud to bring her in-depth knowledge and experience in personal injury law and consumer matters to her work on the Essure Class Action and Silicosis Class Action investigation. She also acts pro bono for individuals from refugee backgrounds who have suffered harm while in detention. Kylie is passionate about fighting for the rights of everyday people who have suffered harm or loss due to others’ misconduct and is committed to ensuring her clients are compensated appropriately. Kylie also works as a playwright.
