I’m proud to be the Practice Group Leader in Slater and Gordon’s medical law team. As an accredited personal injury law specialist, I specialise in medical negligence claims and I’m focused and passionate about getting my clients the best outcome.
With more than twenty years’ experience as a lawyer, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting everyday people affected by medical negligence and have helped hundreds of clients get fair compensation for a wide range of injuries and illnesses.
As a registered nurse who worked in nursing for 12 years prior to practising law, I also have a valuable insight to the medical system. This experience, combined with my long history in law, gives me a definite advantage in the fight for my injured clients.
My proudest career moments include being able to help a number of grieving families in the Thredbo Inquest and also the Waterfall Train disaster.
In 2007 I represented the NSW Ambulance Service on behalf of the Health Services Union in the Special Commission of Inquiry into Acute Care Services in NSW Public Hospitals.
