I am a personal Injury lawyer with over 11 years’ experience specialising in all aspects of Personal Injury Litigation from both Plaintiff and Defendant backgrounds.
I am a Workplace Injuries Senior Associate representing people in the Eastern suburbs area with a focus on helping clients by demystifying the law particularly workers compensation law which can involve so many processes and steps.
I have appeared, ran and instructed in wide range of matters listed in the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, County Court, Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Magistrate Court matters with a particular focus on serious injury applications, common law damages claims, jury trials and statutory benefit disputes.
It is important to me that my clients understand their rights and be provided with as much information so that they feel empowered. I enjoy supporting my clients with a clear action plan when needing to pursue their entitlements particularly when they are going through a difficult period in their life.
Every client’s situation is unique, and I thrive on problem solving to reach a successful resolution for my clients which I find that very rewarding.
