As an Associate in personal injury law at Slater and Gordon, I am proud to draw on more than a decade of legal experience to achieve rewarding outcomes for injured people.
Throughout my career, I have been involved in a number of large cases involving coronial inquests and dependency claims arising from workplace deaths and motor vehicle accidents.
Now my expertise is medical law, where I’ve brought claims against hospitals, doctors and health providers on behalf of many clients who have suffered through medical negligence. These cases can be very complex, so I have built good working relationships with a number of specialists to get the best possible outcomes for my clients.
One achievement I am very proud of is securing two large settlements of around $1 million for dependency and nervous shock claims. These were on behalf of two families who lost their respective fathers in a tragic industrial accident. The families were grateful for my hard work and dedication to achieving the deserved result.
Before entering the legal field, I worked as a police officer and police prosecutor--and it's here where I realised my passion for helping those who need it most, seek justice they need and deserve.
