Gemma Waterhouse

I joined Slater & Gordon in 2019 and first worked as a legal assistant here in Geelong’s Worker's Compensation team.

Since being admitted as a lawyer, I have chosen to follow my passion for Workers Compensation.

I chose to study law because I knew I wanted to help people at the most vulnerable point in their lives. I am passionate about helping others fight for their rights when accessing compensation and their entitlements under the Workers Compensation scheme.

I feel honored to be in a position where I am trusted to help people in situations, they may not be familiar with. I understand when you are injured at work it can be extremely stressful for you and your family. As your lawyer I will help guide you through the Workers Compensation scheme and make sure you have all the information needed at every stage of your claim.

My goal is to ensure you feel supported and heard throughout the legal process while ensuring you receive the compensation you deserve.
