With a passion for helping those in need, I was drawn to personal injury law so I could be a voice for injured workers. I practise in Slater and Gordon’s Comcare department, where we are committed to ensuring injured employees of the Commonwealth Government and a number of Australia-wide businesses get access to fair workers’ compensation.
Injured workers often require medical support, income assistance and compensation to help get their lives back on track. As your lawyer, my goal is to ensure you get a fair and just outcome, so you can focus on recovery and rehabilitation.
I am committed, caring and accessible, working closely with you to make sure you fully understand your case and to help you achieve the best possible outcome.
I have extensive experience with cases in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and have also worked on appeals in the Federal Court of Australia.
One of my top career achievements to date is successfully taking on a psychological injury claim that Comcare had initially rejected. Our challenge resulted in my client being fairly compensated for time off work as a result of the injury and his associated medical expenses, giving him peace of mind to focus on his recovery.
