Working in Slater and Gordon’s Class Actions team, Claire fights for justice and much-needed compensation for everyday Australians involved in large-scale, complex class actions.
Claire understands and appreciates the stress that clients often face, and does her part to make them feel at ease with the legal process and to navigate the often-unfamiliar landscape of litigation.
Claire has always been passionate about getting the best possible outcomes for my clients. Prior to joining Slater and Gordon, she worked in personal injury law for almost four years.
She is excited to take her skills and experiences from her personal injury practice into the Class Actions team, where she will be focused on getting wins for her clients.
In addition to personal injury claims, Claire has helped people with discrimination claims, seeking compensation for those who had been discriminated against on the basis of their sex or disability.
Claire believes that one of the most important traits of a lawyer is being accessible and approachable to their clients.
Claire takes great pride in being available to speak and meet with her clients as often needed, to help them find their way through the legal system and get the best possible outcomes for them.
