I have practised in a number of different fields, both in Australia and the United Kingdom since 2010. Since 2014, I’ve worked within WorkCover claims at Slater and Gordon, where I’m proud to help everyday Australians get fair compensation if they’ve been injured at work.
I understand that the legal process, particularly WorkCover, can be daunting and confusing. I make sure that, from the first to the last appointment, I clearly explain each step of the process and what comes next. My team and I do as much as we can to take the stress and uncertainty of the legal process off your shoulders, so that you can focus on your treatment and rebuilding your life.
One of my proudest achievements is a settlement of $1.19 million for a young client who suffered a partial amputation from an accident while travelling between work sites. This settlement allowed him to pay off his home and relieved his financial stress.
Aside from workers’ compensation, I also have experience in all other areas of personal injury litigation, as well as in contract law and child protection litigation.
