As an Associate Lawyer in the Workers’ Compensation team at Slater and Gordon, I am proud to represent clients who have suffered work-related injuries.
I have exclusively worked in Personal Injury specialising in Workers’ Compensation since my admission to Legal Practice in 2015. I have extensive experience in litigation in the Magistrates’ Court, County Court and the Supreme Court.
I am equipped with the necessary experience and skills to take on the insurance companies and fight for fair outcomes for my clients. I have experience acting for both injured workers and the Victorian WorkCover Authority. Acting for the Victorian WorkCover Authority has given me invaluable insight in to the way claims are managed by the Authority, insurance companies and employers. This gives me the edge in helping my clients achieve the best possible outcomes.
I am passionate about assisting injured workers and enjoy seeking the maximum entitlements for my clients. I am inspired to ensure that every injured worker has a voice and receives the compensation they both need and deserve.
I believe the most important aspect of a positive lawyer/client relationship is good communication. As your lawyer, it is my job to communicate clearly and provide concise and tailored legal advice.
