In 2016 I began my legal career as a Paralegal in Slater and Gordon’s Commercial and Project Litigation department and, upon receiving my Law Degree in 2018, I accepted a Graduate position in the same department.
Working with the Commercial and Project Litigation team has given me the opportunity to exercise my commercial knowledge in class actions, particularly shareholder litigation.
Having previously worked in the financial sector as a Personal Banker, my experience in this field has proved beneficial when working on financial negligence matters.
During my time working as a Paralegal, I also completed an Internship with the Young Workers Centre at Trades Hall, where I was given the opportunity to assist young people who had been taken advantage of in their workplace. It was here that I established a drive to empower and educate young people to exercise their rights.
My experience with Slater and Gordon has led to my involvement in investigations across a broad range of areas, including commercial and consumer matters, and further developed my passion for plaintiff law and achieving positive outcomes for disadvantaged individuals.
