Vivian practices exclusively in family law and understands that no two family law matters are the same. She is approachable and has a wide range of skills to suit individual clients’ needs and circumstances.
Vivian has experience at all levels of property and parenting matters, including interim and final hearings and has developed solid, professional relationships in the local jurisdiction.
She has a particular interest in financial matters involving complex asset pools and issues such as spousal maintenance, child support, interim property distributions and seeking injunctive relief from the courts. Vivian has experience working on financial matters involving complex business structures, trusts, taxation issues, self-managed superannuation funds and difficult valuation issues. Vivian also has experience working on parenting matters involving high level conflict and parental alienation.
Vivian brings great empathy and sensitivity to difficult situations whilst providing straightforward and realistic advice to her clients. She is acutely aware of the financial and emotional stress that family breakdown causes to her clients and their children and is motivated to find the best possible solution for each individual case.
